Episode 123 is on the scene and we are joined by the General Manager of South Boston Speedway, Brandon Brown who is calling us from the World Series of Asphalt at New Smyrna Speedway in Florida. Brandon talks about the upcoming season at the track which includes a brand new bonus program that will pay up to $75,000 in bonus money across all four weekly divisions. We also talk about the upcoming SMART Modified Tour King of the Modifieds which will also include the STAR Super Stock Tour and twin Late Model Events to kick off the season on March 22nd and other events that will take place at the speedway. Brandon is also a fiance now and tells the story of how he met his fiance and the connection she has to a famous racing family.
We break down the Icebreaker from Florence Motor Speedway which saw former track champion Matt Cox finally break through and win a marquee event at the track. We give our thoughts on the first URA sanctioned event and how the new streaming service Ultra Broadcasting did. We also spoke to Matt Cox and runner up Caden Kvapil and got their thoughts of their runs on Saturday. We also discuss Keelan Harvick's first Limited Late Model win with an interview with the youngster and analyze the opening STAR Super Stock Tour event won by Ricky Locklair Jr with comments from Locklair, runner up Chris Riendeau & third place Jeff Melton.
